• Pulled pork & pork: rub generously, let rest for at least 1 hour

How to use Carolina Gold?

Pat the meat dry, rub generously with the rub and let rest for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Grill over indirect heat until a core temperature of 70–72°C for chicken, or 90–95°C for pulled pork.
